Youth Radio is proud to announce its latest award for student-led reporting. The series “That’s When My Childhood Ended” has been honored with a 2018 Gracie Award by the Alliance for Women in Media Foundation.
“To be there with all these kids who are actively part of that movement and saying ‘I’m going to vocalize what’s important to me and I will not let you try to define me.’ That was really powerful.”
