Once my classmates had the opportunity to speak anonymously, it was like an entirely new side of them came out, one of fervent hatred and unashamed criticism.
I never wanted to invite people over to my house because I thought that they would take one look at our shabby one-story home in what they would call the “ghetto” and go running back to their perfect, suburban, gated communities.
Rather than requiring you to go back to school in order to understand what’s up with Trump’s education plan, we’re breaking down some of the concepts in order to keep the big picture in focus.
Most people are fighting to get into private school. I fought to get out.
