I often find myself wishing I was an only child, but then quickly change my mind when I think about what I would be without my siblings, not being able to have those people to bother constantly and learn important life lessons.
I think the older we get the more cynical we grow, and we stop seeing life in that beautiful light we did when we were younger.
I understood why they didn’t want me talking to him. It was partly to protect me, so I wouldn’t have to have those unpleasant conversations; but mostly it was for him, to give him a reason to get clean.
In my spare time, I have been playing music, or busking, in BART stations and on street corners, trying to make myself some money. So I’ll drag my crappy, half sized guitar over to downtown Berkeley and set up my guitar case with some change in the bottom to try and give people the right idea.

When I say success, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? For some, the first thing might be 6 digits in their bank account, a huge mansion, or a fancy and expensive car. Why is that?
So I know every one had finals this year and were probably stressed out. As was I, but this year I learned something. I learned that stressing and getting mad about all the work all the studying all the late nights doesn’t do anything good for you and is only goanna make you stress more.
As the days went on I realized how short life could be so my cousins and I decided to do a song in their honor.
On august 9, 2014, 18-year-old African American male named Michael brown was shot by a white police officer in Ferguson, Missouri. It all happened on a Saturday afternoon he was walking out of his grandmother’s apartment and got stopped by a policeman. The policeman was trying to put Brown in the car so Brown chose to run away with his hands in the air and as he was running away the policeman started shooting at him and than boom Brown was on the ground.
